Furrl is a high scale discovery experience for new-age D2C brands. Furrl is breaking the clutter of over 100,000 such brands through a novel #Vibe-based discovery experience and attacking a USD 100 billion market. This asset-light platform is a global first-of-its-kind, and rapid growth and customer love have already demonstrated early product-market-fit. 

At the helm of Furrl is our Founder, an industry expert with an educational background from prestigious institutions such as IIT Kanpur and Harvard Business School. With a wealth of experience in building successful businesses from scratch, both within startups and large corporations like Myntra and ITC, our Founder has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth. Most recently, she was Partner at Entrepreneur First, an early stage VC that she launched in India, where she mentored over 300 entrepreneurs and built a portfolio of 42 startups in the country.

Job Description

We are building a stellar team at Furrl, and you will be part of an exciting journey of building the business from the early days. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

Plan and own all talent acquisition activities for all open positions. Take ownership across sourcing, job posting, screening and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, while working directly with hiring managers (including the CEO). Identify and get involved with the right communities and universities to build the Furrl brand with prospective candidates.

      2. People processes

Own key people processes including:

  • On-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Payroll
  • Rewards & recognition and other cultural initiatives
  • Leaves, policy enforcement, conflict resolution etc

    3. Systems and administration

Work directly with the CEO to support with any data, documentation or process requirements. Support with any upcoming functions and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements 

  • Bachelors/Masters degree from a reputed institute.
  • 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition/People roles. Must be conversant with standard recruitment portals and tools.
  • Extremely strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Interpersonal skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Working knowledge of HR/payroll software and MS Office. 
  • Past experience of working with an early stage start-up is a plus.
